Jessica Simpson Curse Continues: Cowboys Dumped by Giants 21-17

The New York Giants are heading to the NFC Championship game after their upset of the Dallas Cowboys. The Giants will meet the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau Field.

The game was decided by the Giants defense who were able to shut down the high powered offense of the Cowboys limiting Tony Romo and Co to 18-36 passing and only 201 and an interception which was the first turnover of the with only 9 seconds left.

The game had been an even affair the entire game with the score tied at halftime 14-14. The Cowboys managed a field goal in third and the Giants answered with a touchdown by Brandon Jacobs in the beginning of the fourth quarter.

A poor punt after the two minute warning gave the Cowboys another chance but were unable to capitalize on with the short field. Starting their drive at the 49 yard line, Romo was able to get the Cowboys within striking defense but the Giants were able to hold down the threat and thwart a game winning drive.

Jessica Simspon Curse

As a dallas cowboy fan I have one thing to say to Jessica Simpson..."Stay away from our team next year."

Jessica Simpson, please move

Jessica Simpson, please move to NORTH POLE so that we don't ever have to hear or see you again...

Jesica Simpson /Tony Romo

Wow, blaming the girlfriend on losing the game. What a concept. Tsk tsk. But holing out and study game tapes for a week sure did not help Peyton Manning much, did it? And how many years was Manning a disappointment playoff after playoff prior to last year? Then there's Brett Favre. How many years again was he a "journey" man before tasting success in Green Bay? This is basically Tony Romo's first year as a starter and already the team made it to the playoffs. Sheeesh. Just because you signed a huge contract doesn't mean you can perform miracles.

Jessica Appreciation Day in NYC

I heard that there is going to be a parade for Jessica in NYC, cause of her helping the Giants win the game.. Now let's talk TO aka CB or Cry Baby.. Come on suck it up be a man.. Typical of the over paid babbies in Dallas... Can't handle the heat.

OH tickets for the Jessica Simpson Concert in Dallas go on sale next week.

GO PACKERS !!!

Get Real People...

As a longtime Dallas Cowboys fan, I will publicly attest to the fact that there's at least one fan out here who does NOT blame a "girlfriend" however famous she might be for the performance on the field by the Dallas Cowboys team, including the 1st full year starting QB.

As Tony's girlfriend, Jessica has every right to be in the stands to cheer for him...just like the countless unnamed girlfriends and wives who are in the stands or boxes at every home and away game over the decades. NONE of the women are on the field. NONE of them can do a thing to help or hinder the play that occurs on the field. NONE of them have any impact whatsoever other than to make a lot of noise from the stands...as other fans do.

Win or lose, the team is responsible, and it's the team I will continue to cheer for regardless of whom the QB dates.
