Amy Winehouse's Husband Threatens Divorce

Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who has been jailed since November, is threatening to divorce the troubled star. Blake is currently serving time in Pentonville prison for alleged assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Amy's father, Mitch Winehouse, claims that Blake was ready to call it quits after a recent fight with his wife. He told Grazia magazine, "Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row."

Mitch is under the belief that Blake's mother, Georgette Civil, is encouraging him to cut Amy out of his life.

"Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said. I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it's up to them," continued Mitch.

Amy, on the other hand, is desperate to keep their marriage intact, and one can't help but wonder what a divorce would do to the already troubled star.

Hanging out with her ex, Mark Ronson, a record producer, couldn't have helped Amy's cause and is said to have infuriated Blake. A spokesman for Amy, however, denied any romantic inclinations and said, "Mark was in London this week so Amy jumped at the chance to work with him again. The only sweet music they were making was in the music studio."
