First, Attorney Berg, is not a joke, he is a former Pennsylvania's deputy attorney general and former DNC state officer.

As for the suit, it is simple, certificate that Obama has been using in a certificate of live birth, different from a Birth Certificate. All it means is Obama was born alive does not mean he was born in Hawaii. When all U.S. Born citizens are born we get a birth certificate, the one they send us home with and the one the government sends us (one pager), but the one the Government has on file of each us is a long form that has lots of info on it, this has yet to be seen. Other irregularities have also popped up, the fact that one of the fakes used by the Obama camp was in Arial Font, not used in 1961, or the term African American, also not used then, "Negro" would have been the term then. Also problematic is the fact that Obama was adopted in Indonesia, a country that does not recognize dual citizenship, there are many other issues here including Obama's mother being 18 (law requires 21), which made her by law, ineligible, to automatically pass her citizen ship to Obama. There are questions if Obama mother was ever married to Obama's Kenyan father, especially since he was suppose to already be married in a woman in Kenya. Also, since he was adopted and held a Indonesia passport up to the age of 20 and was using it(passport obtained a as a result of his adoption), and that his biological father's family says he was born in Kenya (newspapers in Kenya have run articles to that fact as well as Israel papers and other international papers, see link below). There are many other problems including but not limited to the fact that there is no record of Obama after the adoption and relocating back to the states of a U.S. citizenship swearing in ceremony renouncing other loyalties (ie, Indonesia, Kenya, and Canada). Apparently a Canadian certificate of birth has also surfaced.

It's simple, its simple Barry needs to go to court, provide documentation, evidence, witness interviews, immigration records, etc, clear it up or resign. The Constitution is clear and the laws were put there for reasons of national security. The Constitution must apply to all, of the value of democracy is lessoned.

obama can not produce a legal certified birth certificate. The one KOS posted is false. If anybody had any sense they would realize that laser printers as seen on this certificate were not even made for the public in 1961. AND THE STATE OF HAWAII says their birth certificates have never been transmitted electronically...two wrongs.

There is also a question about his Columbia College transcripts which do not exist. WHERE WAS HE THEN . Not one member of his supposed class said he attended. It has been suggested and is being searched, that he was born in Canada, not Kenya. The birthplace listed on Obama’s US passport states USA. Why would it say USA on the birthplace line if he didn’t have a valid US birth certificate when he applied for his US passport? If his US passport says USA as the birthplace, then he was born in the USA.

So, the problem is ANYONE can vote. Voting should be a right, not a priveledge. I think when a person registers to vote, and before voting, they should have to take a test to prove they know what it is they are voting for. Uninformed people should not be allowed to have a say in the leadership of our nation. The average U.S. citizen knows nothing about this secret organization.
Obama couldn't begin to understand the plight of the poor and the average middleclass citizen of the U.S. On the other hand, the poor and middle
class citizesns are only interested in whether or not they will receive a free
government handout. They are not too considered where their country
is going as long as the get a bonus check from the government. This is
partly the reason why this country is in the hellish mess it is in right now.
There is overwhelming evidence that Obama is truly NOT a U.S. citizen. President Bush is not going to tackle this problem for, at least, two main
reasons. First, he is on the way out and he figures let someone else
deal with the issue. Second, George Bush is also a member of the
international Bilderberger organization. So, he isn't about to touch him.
Both of these men are promoters of a "One World Government."
Underneath it all, the basically have the same secret agenda for
running this country.
Regardless if you are a religious person or not, I strongly
recommend that you read the Bible on the section about
the Anti-Christ to come. It is a real eye-opener to say the least.
