Rapper Kanye West is living up to his angry, bad-ass reputation. He was just arrested at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after he and his bodyguard reportedly grabbed and smashed a paparazzo's camera and lighting equipment. Both Kanye and the bodyguard are being booked on charges of felony vandalism, and are being held on $20,000 bail.

The incident was caught on camera by the celeb-stalkers at TMZ. In the video the bodyguard, Don Crowley, grabs the camera while Kanye snatches the lighting component. Crowley smashes the camera on the ground, and Kanye does the same with the light.

TMZ's cameras were also involved in the incident after one of their cameramen got closer and had his camera wrestled away by Crowley, who ultimately broke it.

A spokesman for the airport said that the two were arrested shortly before 8am on Thursday. According to Marshall Lowe, a spokesman for LAX, early reports are that Kanye West got into an altercation with a photographer and a camera valued at more than $10,000 was broken. The incident reportedly occurred before Kanye and his bodyguard went into a security checkpoint at the airport.
