Nude Sarah Palin Painting Drawing Crowds in Chicago Bar

One Chicago artist has imagined what's underneath the high-buttoned suits of conservative Gov. Sarah Palin, unveiling a nude portrait of the vice presidential candidate at his Chicago bar. Not unexpectedly, the painting, which features Palin with her trademark hairdo, holding an automatic rifle, and standing on a polar bear skin rung, is drawing in large crowds.

Bruce Elliot unveiled the portrait, which measures four feet tall, at the Old Town Ale House on Chicago's North Side last Thursday. The bar is pretty well known locally for its unique portraits, but this one in particular has been exceptionally successful.

Elliot, who supports Barack Obama, doesn't think the Governor would mind the painting, telling reporters: "I don't see how she could be offended by this. I made her into a sex figure."

Just in case you were wondering, painting or using photoshop to make nude or other pictures of Sarah Palin is perfectly legal, since she's a public figure. I can only imagine what else we'll see over 4 years if she winds up becoming VP or President. How do I know this? Someone was kind enough to ask about Sarah Palin bikini pictures over at Avvo.

Gads, that painting is AWFUL. It does not look like Sarah Palin. He's not much of an artist.

AND he had his OWN DAUGHTGER POSE NUDE FOR HIM! What a PERVERT! Did he just take up painting to make it with his daughter?

This guy is an artist? Lefties have no standards, anyone can claim anything. I've seen better work in grade school. Nice PR stunt for his wife's bar. Bravo.
