Etymotic Offers a Great Selection of Audio Accessories this Holiday Season

Etymotic has been a leader in audio technology for decades boasting a number of breakthroughs in the field for decades including the first in-ear noise-isolating technology 25 years ago. Their team of engineers are clearly not resting on their laurels offering a wide variety of items that are perfect for the audiophile in your life this holiday season. We here at The Cleveland Leader tested a number of their high quality products and each one exceeded our expectations.

The first product that we tried out was the 6i Isolator Earphones. The 6i retails for $149 and works with all digital music players like Microsoft's Zune and Apple's iPod. We tested the sound quality on a number of digital devices we have and and the clarity and bass never varied despite using them on high end and low end models. You'll want to check for this item on Amazon.com on Black Friday when the company is set to offer them for an astonishing low price of $49 which will save you money and score points with your loved one who is seeking a high end brand of head phones under the Christmas tree.

The next thing we tried was the hf2 high-fidelity headset and earphones from the company. A big bonus about this device is that it doesn't need an adaptor to be used in the iTouch or iPhone which can be a big hassle for users of the popular devices. Needless to say, the quality on both ends of the phone conversion was pleased with the clarity of phone calls and audio quality. The hf2 also boasts highest noise isolation of any iPhone compatible device on the market. If the significant other in your life loves music and still is using the original headset issued by Apple that comes with the iPhone you truly put a smile on their face year round by upgrading them to a far superior model. We also used the hf2 with Motorola's popular ROKR e8 with the same excellent sound quality and voice quality from the headset. Etymotic hf2 retails at $179.

Last, but certaintly not least, was the ETY reusable earplugs. The earplugs are great present for the frequent concert goer, travler, or muscian in your life. Priced at $12 they are a truly priceless addition to someone who wants to perserve their hearing when in high noise areas and actually enhance your concert experience by filtering out bad noise and lets you focus on the sound coming throug the band. Etymotic earplugs are also available for small children if you plan on taken them to a sporting event and may be afraid of the startling noises that such an environment can produce.

The Etymotic brand truly impressed and you should do yourself a favor by checking out their wide line of products for yourself and the people on your holiday list this season.
