Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis only got out of jail about 10 months ago, and he might be headed back already. Francis now stands accused of pocketing over $20 million in "business expenses".

Unfortunately he showed up to the hearing five hours late, which is never a good way to get on the judge's good size. When he did finally show up, citing the flu as an excuse, the judge ordered him to be taken away. Francis plead not guilty to two counts of tax evasion charges.

The hearing was being held to consider a request from his tax attorney's to recuse themselves from the case based on "strategic differences of opinion."

One would think that if Francis has already served 11 months in jail for contempt of court, he would know better than to not anger the judges any further. He just doesn't seem to get it.

If convicted, he could get 10 years in prison.
