Key Bank
Key Bank likes to screw thier customer's with tons of over draft charges due to thier tricky processing policy and the bank just say that it's not a banking error so they won't credit you the funds back!...
Yep! I'm about to switch
Yep! I'm about to switch banks. They are beyond ridiculous with this stuff! They notify you about overdrafts by snail mail, so by the time you get the notice, you've run up a huge amount of fees. Hello, how about e-mail?! In this day and age, it's ridiculous to notify customers of these things by US Mail.
your stupid!!!!
Heres an idea. its called a check register. If thats too hard to keep track of, try online statements. Snail Mail is a joke. You cant honestly tell me that when you overdraw your account you dont have any idea. your probably running with low balances on a consitant basis, and when it comes down to it you just you intentionally overdraw and then go to the bank and complain that its the banks fault for the overdrafts. Try this... Shred your debit cards and run with cash. Then you cant cry about how you suck with money!
Key Bank
You know, I am a long time customer with Key Bank but as of today I am shopping for a new bank. I have had the same checking account number for over 30 years. One thing that Business Week did not do, was to look on Google for "Key Bank Complaints." Opens up a new door on customer satisfaction. I have banked with Keybank as I said for many, many, many years. In the last year or so, their banking system has changed and not for the better. I have heard some contractors and builders talk about how angry they bacame with their accounts with Key but hadn't paid enough attention to it. Now I know why. I am so angry with them that I will now start the process of looking for a new bank.
I have news for you
I have news for you complaint minded: EVERY Bank will charge you an overdraft fee if you don't have sufficient funds. Get Overdraft protection or keep track of your spending habits to match your income.
