The Smoking Gun has published a bizzaar story about the popular pitchman for the "as seen on tv product" ShamWow. Vince Shlomi, who has tried to sell you towels and food choppers in the past, is in trouble with police after he punched a prostitute he picked up after she bit his tongue and wouldn't let go. Shlomi told police that he had paid the female $1,000 for her services before the craziness began and only hit her in self defense. Police didn't buy his story and has charged him with felonious assault.

Sasha Harris, the prostitute that Shlomi had picked up, is thinking about pursuing a civil case.
