Video: Shawn Johnson Accepts the 79th Annual AAU Sullivan Award

Olympic gold medal winner Shawn Johnson was named the 2008 Sullivan Award which is given to the country's top amateur athlete. In accepting the award, Johnson stated:

"Being up there with all the other athletes and just hearing all the titles they kept listing off, I was like, 'There's no way.' Then when they called my name," Johnson added, "it's the biggest honor there is. To be the first female gymnast, it's just amazing. I'm so excited."

We are from Iowa and are so very proud of Shawn's poise on Dancing With the Stars. She is a great representative for our state.
