Mohamed Massaquoi Third Pick of the Day For the Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns grabbed another WR Mohamed Massaquoi from the University of Georgia with the 50th pick in the second round of the NFL Draft. Massaquoi had worked out privatly for the Browns late last week as they were showing strong interest in the player who grabbed 8 touchdown receptions last year.
Earlier this week, it was said that Massaquoi was on the rise in the draft with ESPN Draft analyst noting:
“Massaquoi is an underrated route-runner with the ability to get into and out of his breaks fluidly,” McShay added. “He also has great intangibles and an excellent work ethic and looks every bit like a second-round pick. It won’t surprise us if five years from now Massaquoi is one of the two or three most productive receivers from this class.”
The Browns looked very thin at wide receiver coming into the draft and that problem has been addressed with this addition along with drafting Brian Robiskie earlier in the second round.
