Oscar De La Hoya’s next fight will be in a court of law, not in the ring. Milana Dravnel who claims to have taken the infamous photos of Oscar De La Hoya in fishnet stockings, heels, and a wig, is now suing the boxer.

Dravnel first claimed to have taken the photos, and then quickly retracted her story. On Thursday this week, Dravnel filed a lawsuit against Oscar alleging that his representatives misled her to recant her story by promising her some incentives.

Milana claims to have been Oscar’s mistress from January 2006 to May 2007, and there are photos of the two posing together. She also says that the photo agency, x17, which published the photos, paid her too little money for the incriminating pictures.

Dravel claims to have suffered because her character was smeared, and is suing De La Hoya for $100 million on allegations of fraud, defamation, and stress.

So far, Oscar De La Hoya’s people have not issued any kind of a response.
