Get in the Holiday Spirit With 'A Christmas Story'


Christmastime is almost here as surprising as that may seem. If your having a hard time getting into the Christmas mood, you may need something to give you a nice shot in the arm. What better way than attending a 'A Christmas Story' at Playhouse Square's Bolton Theater?

Ralphie Parker and the gang are ready to entertain and ticket prices start at a reasonable $25. The show starts on November 29th and runs until December 23, 2007.

If you need a remedial course in 'A Christmas Story' you can head over to the house that the famous movie was filmed at. Located in Tremont, the house has been transformed to look exactly how it was in the movie. Ticket prices for a visit are $7. Tours of A Christmas Story House are conducted every half hour beginning at 10:30 AM. The last tour of the day begins at 4:30 PM. The museum During the Holiday season, the house is open on Wednesdays-Saturday from 10 AM-5PM and Sundays from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Cassidy Theater Hosts Dreamgirls: Sept. 28 – Oct. 14


Did you love the movie 'Dreamgirls'? If you answered yes you'll want to check out the play that makes its way to Parma Heights Cassidy Theater. The show is set to run from Sept. 28th – Oct. 14th.

The show stars Trinidad Snider, Ayeshah Douglas, and Caron Wykle.

'Chicago' to Have a Star Couple Playing the Leads?

The New York Post reported today that Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott are int talks for starring roles in the Broadway musical 'Chicago'.

McDermott, originally from Canada, married Spelling in 2006 and the couple has one child together.

'Chicago: The Musical' has run for over 4,400 performances as of July 2007 and is the longest-running revival on Broadway.
