So the rumor has been that Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman engage in a steamy sex scene in Darren Aronofsky's upcoming film, "Black Swan." Speaking with V Magazine recently about the film, Portman pretty much confirmed the rumors, although she argued the semantics.

She said:

"It's not raunchy - it's extreme."

That doesn't really give us much to go on, but there's a good chance the scene involves nudity. Both Portman and Kunis have gone nude on camera before, so it wouldn't be anything new for either of them. The only difference is, Portman says she is more open to it now than she was earlier in her career.

Portman explained:

"Previously I was figuring out my own sexual identity, likes and dislikes and all that stuff, and it's weird to be doing stuff on film as you're figuring it out. Also, being a sexual object when you're a kid is really uncomfortable."

Whether this scene simply helps market the film or actually adds to it remains to be seen.

According to court documents filed on Friday, Michael Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, is seeking an allowance from his son's estate to help cover expenses exceeding $15,000 per month. Lawyer Brian Oxman filed the request seeking an unspecified amount. Oxman said there was no reason for the administrators of the estate to not seek an allowance for Joe.

Michael Jackson's 2002 will, however, deliberately omitted any mention of his father. The two had a very strained relationship, and Michael said that even the sight of his father would make him physically sick.

Jackson's private trust called for money to be paid to his mother, Katherine, his three children, and charities. A judge so far has approved $26,000 in payments to Katherine each month, and a $60,000 monthly payment for care of the children.

Court documents show that Joe Jackson receives $1,000 monthly in Social Security payment, and that he has relied on his son for support for many years. The filing stated:

“He does not have a regular or steady source of income, and he was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson, for his support."

Sandra Bullock is in the middle of an increasingly nasty custody battle with former adult film star Janine Lindemulder, the ex-wife of her husband Jesse James. Bullock is seeking full custody of James and Janine's 5-year-old daughter, Sunny.

Bullock and James have been raising Sunny together since January when Lindemulder was sent to prison for tax evasion. Lindemulder is now claiming that Bullock wants her daughter because she can't have children of her own.

Bullock, 45, in a letter to the judge at Lindemulder's sentencing, claimed that Sunny was often left alone in her mother's care as her mother was "asleep from drug use."

Bullock continued by stating:

“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own but that couldn't be farther from the truth. I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in.”

Sandra also discounted her claims that she was unable to have children:

The legal battle between former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean and pageant organizers is now officially over. Prejean and organizers issued a statement on Tuesday indicating that they had reached a confidential settlement on their dueling lawsuits.

TMZ reports that Prejean demanded more than $1 million during settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant, until a pageant lawyer presented her with an XXX sex tape that she starred in. The video has never been released. It is also apparently so graphic that even TMZ would show it.

Once she was shown the video, Prejean is said to have immediately withdrew her demands and accept a $100,000 payout. That will cover the cost of her lawyers, and leaves nothing left for her to enjoy.

Prejean sued Miss California USA organizers back in August for religious discrimination, libel and slander. She accused them of telling her to stop mentioning God even before she made her contoversial remarks against gay marriage.

Has Katy Perry finally tamed the wild and womanizing Russell Brand? If the rumors are to be believed, she has. Brand is reportedly so in love with Perry that he's ready to propose, after only two month of dating.

Russell's friends are amazed by his new attitude about love, and are convinced he's preparing to ask Katy to marry him. A source close to Russell said:

"We've never seen him like this. He always has a woman on his arm, or in his bed, and hasn't been interested in monogamy.

"But this is different - we all think it won't be long before he marries Katy. I'm waiting for a call to say they are in that Little Chapel in Vegas and have run off to get married."

Russell himself chimed in and said:

, "To be honest I haven't stopped smiling. She's a lovely girl and it's going really, really well. In fact I've never felt more settled in all my life. Katy is fantastic. I'm really happy."

Rumor is, he's even talking about being ready for children.

It will be the multiple baby show to trump all others. Jon Gosselin of the infamous TLC show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" and Nadya Suleman, the California mom who made headlines in January when she gave birth to octuplets, will be dating in a new reality TV series.

Former "Cheaters" producer Bobby Goldstein told In Touch Weekly:

"I heard that Nadya has an insatiable desire to spend time with Jon and to put their families together. And I had the idea that this could be a very entertaining fiasco."

Reps for both Gosselin and Suleman deny that show is in the works, but then again, neither has any history of being completely truthful. Goldstein says that he is producing the pilot, which will be called "Jon - Kate = John + Octomom". A former producer of "The Jerry Spring Show" will also help with the pilot.

According to a press release, cameras will follow Jon "as he contemplates what hooking up with Octomom could really be like. He's totally creeped out by the idea that if they got married, they'd have 22 kids."

But it gets better.

The plotline for Suleman, 33, reveals that she will be so obsessed with Jon and that "she's already talking openly about the two of them getting married."

Miley Cyrus is undoubtedly one of Disney's biggest stars in the past few years, with hit records and films, but she's not neccesarily a good influence on the legions of tweens and teens that adore her. She's just been voted the worst celebrity influence of 2009 by the very people who made her a star, according to an online poll on Wednesday.

Miley took 43 percent of votes in a poll for AOL's JSYK.com (Just So You Know) website, which is aimed at the 9 to 15-year-old set. In second and third place were Britney Spears and Kanye West respectively.

There were no reasons stated for why the Hannah Montana star was voted as such, but we can take a pretty good guess. Over the past two years photos have been leaked of her barely clothed, she's controversially dated a 20-year-old model, made fun of Asians in a "slant eyes" photo, and pole danced on a teen awards show.

Something must be in the water. Yet another famous British pairing is reportedly hooking up again. First it was Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, and now Sienna Miller and Jude Law are reportedly reconciling. Whoa! What's next - a Kate Moss and Pete Doherty reunion?!

Jude and Sienna dated from 2004 until 2006. They famously split up when Jude admited and apologized for cheating on her with his kids' nanny. The two are now acting in Broadway plays, and have reportedly been having secret meetings.

A source reveals:

"Sienna and Jude have met up a few times and got on really well."

"Sienna had her heart broken by Jude, but she was young and it was the first time she'd fallen in love. What people don't realise is that they always remained close, so who knows where this will lead to next."

For the past several months, Amy Winehouse had been hanging out in the island of St. Lucia. Besides the occasional stories of her wanting to adopt children or stumbling around the island drunk or high, we haven't heard much from the woman who used to dominate the UK and US gossip rags. The crazy Amy we know and love is back, and this time with a bigger chest.

At the UK's Q Awards, Amy made quite an entrance, accidentally spilling out of her top and showing the world her new 32D chest. She gave onlookers quite an eyeful when she slipped out of her corset after leving the event.

If it wasn't already abundantly clear, Octomom Nadya Suleman is a media-whore and will stop at nothing to get all eyes on her. Her latest stunt involves Halloween costumes. She dressed up as a pregnant nun, and her octuplets as little red devils.

The Sulemans dressed up for some early trick-or-treating. Each of the giant strollers - which carry four babies each - were draped with fake spider webs.
