At the same time that Steven Tyler has decided to take a break from the band Aerosmith, his bandmates are expressing concerns over the aging rocker's well-being. Specifically, they believe that he may again be abusing illegal drugs.

Drummer Joey Kramer said:

"I think that he needs help and that attention needs to be put to his health."

And by that Kramer isn't referring to the broken shoulder that Tyler suffered in August when he fell off a stage during a concert.

Tyler has battled an addiction to drugs in the past. Just last year in May 2008, Tyler checked himself into rehab. At the time, his turbulent relationship with his girlfriend was said to be part of the reason. She was quite the party girl and their relationship was on-again-off-again for more than two years. Others, however, suggested at the time that his relapse might also be connected to Tyler's various health issues in recent years, leading to a dependence on pain killers.

Back in May 2008, one of his friends commented:

A tour bus carrying the lighting crew for Miley Cyrus flipped over early Friday morning on a rain-slicked Virginia highway. One person was killed in the tragic accident.

Cyrus was not aboard the bus when it overturned at 8:15am on Interstate 85. The lone fatality was the bus driver, and one of the nine people on the bus also suffered minor injuries.

The bus ended up lying on its side on a grassy slope just off the highway. The bus was a part of a four vehicle caravan associated with Miley's on-going tour.

Miley is due to next perform on Sunday in Greensboro, NC.

Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez gave his girlfriend Kate Hudson a ring, but it's not that kind of ring. Days after he and his teammates became World Series champions, A-Rod thanked Kate for supporting him in the stands this year with a gorgeous $39,000 white gold ring.

An insider said of the Louis Vuitton ring, which is set with pink sapphires and diamonds:

"It's a beautiful piece of jewelry. Alex] has a World Series ring, and now she does, too."

Canadian singer Avril Lavigne's marriage was reportedly on the rocks for sometime, and just last month she filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley. Not one to waste any time, she's already found a new man - Wilmer Valderrama, 29.

An insider told the magazine Life & Style:

"They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month. One of their first dates was Oct. 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood."

Avril, 25, and Wilmer took their relationship public last Saturday at the LA club Wonderland. A witness says:

"She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other's ear, laughing. They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2."

An infamous ladies man, Valderrama has been linked in the past to a number of the film and music industry's leading ladies, including: Mandy Moore, Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Ashlee Simpson.

While the paternity of Michael Jackson's children will probably always be questioned until DNA testing proves definitively that the king of pop is indeed their biological father, Michael's sister says he is the father, and that his son has even inherited his rare skin condition. La Toya Jackson says that his eldest son, Prince Michael, 12, has his father's skin condition.

Jackson was said to have suffered from vitiligo, a condition that causes depigmentation in patches of skin. This was the explanation given for his drastic change in skin tone over the years - from brown to pale white.

La Toya says:

"Vitiligo is on my father's side and Prince has it, too - on his arms and chest."

Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth claims to have gotten ahold of a leaked script for "Sexy and the City 2". From the sounds of it, SATC 2 will not be a fanciful escape from the stresses of modern living and the economic melt down. Instead - according to the paper - these things will play out on the big screen and touch the lives of our beloved SATC characters.

Here is an overview of what the paper claims will happen (spoiler alert):

• The situation looks bleak for Bradshaw, whose marriage with Mr. Big unravels after they lose everything in a financial scam.
• Seeking work, Mr. Big ends up in London, where he’s living in a rundown apartment, but cheats on Carrie — who dumps him before finding out she’s pregnant.
• At least she has a wedding to look forward to: Stanford Blatch, her gay best friend, will marry Anthony Marantino, one of Stanford’s former enemies. Performing at the reception is Liza Minnelli, who sings a cover of Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies.”
• Samantha, also hit hard by the financial scam, has to downgrade her glam lifestyle but can at least take comfort in the arms of Smith Jerrod, the ex she broke up with at the end of the previous movie.

Farrah Fawcett's longtime partner, Ryan O'Neal, talked about how they were going to finally get married while the actress was on her death bed. any speculated that the only reason he sought to marry her was to ensure that he would get a piece of her estate upon her death. However, she passed away before they ever married. It has since been revealed that she was left out of his will entirely.

Fawcett left $4.5 million to her son Redmond O'Neal in a trust. Her nephew, and father were each left $500,000, and ex-boyfriend Greg Lott was left $100,000. Left out in the cold without a dime were Ryan O'Neal and her best friend, Alana Stewart.

Fawcett's last will was updated on Aug. 9, 2007.

A British scientist has come forth to reveal that she is Belle de Jour, the anonymous blogger whose stories of life as a call girl were turned into the television series "Secret Diary of a Call Girl." The woman's identity had been a well-kept secret for many years. On Sunday, however, Dr. Brooke Magnanti revealed the truth about herself because she was afraid that an ex-boyfriend would expose her.

Magnanti, 34, is a specialist in developmental neurotoxicology and cancer epidemiology in a hospital research group at the University of Bristol in western England. She turned to the sex trade in 2003 while finishing up her Ph.D. when she ran out of money.

Magnanti told the Sunday Times of London that when she could no longer pay the rent, she asked herself:

"What can I do that I can start doing straightaway, that doesn't require a great deal of training or investment to get started, that's cash in hand and that leaves me spare time to do my work in?"

She revealed that she worked as a $450 per hour call girl for an escort agency for more than a year, and decided to keep an online diary. This online diary forms the basis of three books and the TV series starring actress Billie Piper, which airs in the UK and on Showtime in the US.

The battle between Jon Gosselin and TLC continues to worsen. Jon has now officially filed a $5 million lawsuit against the television network, claiming that TLC damaged his reputation and career.

He is upset that TLC would not let him host parties or make public appearances for fees, and claims that TLC contacted various outlets and persuaded them not to hire him for anything.

Gosselin's attorney, Mark Heller, says:

"Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and it has caused him financial losses. They had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement."

Jon Gosselin also claims that TLC still owes him $175,000 for shows that have already aired. He is supposed to get $22,500 for each half hour episode and $40,000 for each one-hour special. He says the network stopped paying.

Jon is due in court on December 14 for TLC's lawsuit against him.

Michael Lohan, father of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, is not only a scumbag, but also an idiot. In recent weeks he has begun releasing secret recordings of his family's phone conversations which in itself is dispicable. But here comes the stupid part - his ex-wife Dina Lohan has had a protective order since 2005 which bans Michael from communicating with her by email or phone through 2011.

One of the leaked phone calls is reportedly from 2008, which means Michael violated the order and handed over the proof. If convicted, Michael will get a stay in prison.

Attorneys for Dina Lohan have already contacted teh Nassau County District Attorne in connection with the leaked audio tapes.

Lindsay, however, doesn't have much to help her in this instance. She was granted just a one-year protective order against her father in 2004. It's long since expired and there aren't any laws against having a moron for a father.
