Coty and Playboy Team Up for a New Line of Men's Fragrances


Playboy is launching a new line of men's fragrances. Playboy has teamed up with Coty Inc who will license the popular name for a line of men's cologne, deodorant, lotion, and other personal care products.

Both companies expressed a great deal of optimism in a press release that quoted top executives from the company that stated:

"Playboy's rich history of glamour, indulgence and fun, combined with a cutting edge lifestyle creates the perfect formula for a new men's fragrance line," said Bernd Beetz, CEO, Coty Inc. "One of the world's most recognized and iconic brands, Playboy is known by men and women around the world. We anticipate that this fragrance will quickly become a successful part of our lifestyle brands portfolio at Coty Beauty."

Reebok Teams Up with Kool-Aid for Scented Shoes

Reebok and Kool-Aid have teamed up to create a new collection of fruit-scented footwear launching on February 1st. In addition, Reebok is also launching a complete collection of matching apparrel.

The shoes will launch in three funky flavors: Grape Cherry, and Strawberry. Packed inside the shoes are scent-infused sockliners, which give them their fruity scents.

The shoes are available in a range of colors, from solid yellow, green, purple, red, and pink to mostly white shoes with bright color accents. Matching hoodies, t-shirts, and hats will also be available for purchase.

The Kool-Aid collection will be available nationwide at the following retailers: Moe's Snaker Spot Inc, Lezmir, Peko Sports Inc., Karmaloop, Sportie LA, City Blue, Shiekh's, Shoe Mania, and Dr. Jay's.

Hayden Panettiere Is The New Face Of Dooney & Burke

Dooney & Burke, most famous for their line of handbags, are continuing their five year tradition of introducing their trend collection targeted to today's youth. They've also just unveiled the new face of Dooney & Burke - "Heroes" star Hayden Panettiere.

In addition to being the new spokeswoman for the purse-makers, they've also collaborated with the actress to release a new bag - The Hayden Bag.

For this current season, Hayden described the bag that she envisioned: a large leather shoulder bag with puffy pleats, a buckle closure and great style.

Working with Dooney & Burke's design studio in Florence, Italy, Peter Dooney and his design team took Hayden's vision and turned it into the limited edition Hayden Bag, which will retail for about $500.

Hayden Panettiere follows in the footsteps of other Lindsay Lohan, Mischa Barton, and Emma Roberts, who have all been previous spokeswomen for the brand.

Jessica Simpson Kicks-Off New Line of Shoes & Handbags

Last week, singer and wannabe actress Jessica Simpson launched her new line of handbags, shoes, and perfume. Simpson already has a line of shoes, boots, handbags, jeans, hair extensions, and Dessert treats, but this newest collection will only be sold at Macy's stores.

Jessica Simpson showed up at the Macy's store in New York City to promote her new fashion line and sign autographs. All of the items in her new Macy's "Jessica Simpson" fashion line are available to buy in-store or online.

Meanwhile, Jess' music career has gone stagnant, with her records selling very few copies. Her venture into the movie business doesn't seem to be panning out very well either, with her latest flick "Major Movie Star" already getting panned by the critics.

Venus Williams' Sporty Fashion Line Hits Steve & Barry's Today

Following the footsteps of other celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, Amanda Bynes, and Stephon Marbury, tennis ace Venus Williams is unveiling her new line of sporty apparel - EleVen - at Steve & Barry's stores today.

EleVen is the largest fashion collection ever created by a female athlete, and includes a 120 pieces ranging from track suits to denim jackets, sneakers, sports bras, jewelry, and more.

Tiffany & Co. has been the jewelry house of choice for engagement rings and diamonds for almost 170 years now, and beginning this holiday season, they're expanding into eyewear.

Styles available include the sterling silver and Lace glasses, the Tiffany Bubbles (which have crystals running along the side), and the Return to Tiffany (which feature the brand's signature sterling silver oval plaque on the side).

Cool Invention: Wine Stain Resistant Dress Shirts

Virtually everyone is familiar with the pains of removing wine stains from clothing, furniture, and even your carpet. Well finally one of those problems has been solved. British clothing designer Thomas Pink has come up with a wine stain-proof shirt for both men and women. So when wine comes flying your way, you won't need to worry about it ruining your shirt, but you'll still likely be scrubbing it out of the carpets and couch.

Thomas Pink has created the Pristine Stain Resistant shirts in designs for both men and women. According to the company website, a splash of wine or juice will just roll off the shirt. The shirts are also crease resistant.

This Winter, Green is the New Black

The Chanel black satin nail polish that's been all the rage for the past year or so is about to take a back seat to the latest craze in nail color. The next hot trend in nails is NARS' new limited edition shade called "Zulu".

Not only is the dark green shade holiday worthy, but it's also being made available in very limited supplies and only to certain people. Sephora is the only retailer who will be carrying the limited edition polish, and you have to be a Sephora Beauty Insider to get one. But even being a Sephora Beauty Insider won't guarantee that you'll be able to snag one. The polish has reportedly already sold out, and now if you want a bottle of the coveted green stuff, you'll have to add your name to their waiting list online.

You can eat organic food, and now, you can wear organic clothing as well! Stylish jeans-makers "7 For All Mankind" have just come out with new jeans made from 100% organic cotton.

Limited Edition Audrey Hepburn Handbags to Benefit Children's Fund
