Miley took 43 percent of votes in a poll for AOL's JSYK.com (Just So You Know) website, which is aimed at the 9 to 15-year-old set. In second and third place were Britney Spears and Kanye West respectively.

There were no reasons stated for why the Hannah Montana star was voted as such, but we can take a pretty good guess. Over the past two years photos have been leaked of her barely clothed, she's controversially dated a 20-year-old model, made fun of Asians in a "slant eyes" photo, and pole danced on a teen awards show.

Something must be in the water. Yet another famous British pairing is reportedly hooking up again. First it was Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, and now Sienna Miller and Jude Law are reportedly reconciling. Whoa! What's next - a Kate Moss and Pete Doherty reunion?!

Jude and Sienna dated from 2004 until 2006. They famously split up when Jude admited and apologized for cheating on her with his kids' nanny. The two are now acting in Broadway plays, and have reportedly been having secret meetings.

Although, it’s nearly two months until Christmas, Chris Tomlin has put together a complement of his favorites and some new offerings on Glory In The Highest: Christmas Songs Of Worship. This disc opens with “O Come All Ye Faithful” in a warming embrace of acoustics, simple guitar strumming and a full choir backing his every word rejoicing Jesus Christ’s birth on this classic hymn as Tomlin doesn’t touch a thing honoring its virginal brilliance. Chris makes “Angels We Have Heard On High” into a pop rock concerto ramping up the tempo and adding in some tight hooks, but keeps the traditional harmonies making this still a great song to sing.

“Emmanuel” is wrapped in a truly exuberant blanket of subtle beauty as this ballad is illuminated by his dulcimer tenor and pearly piano accompaniments that shouts out love toward The Lord. He continued with soft and serene lyrics with “Hark The Herald Angels Sing” through an acapella of singers and shimmering keys as it’s a pleasantly endearing anthem. Next was something original from him as he brings us “Good News And Great Joy” as it’s a nice contemporary single with tons of poppy breaks, euphoric chants and snappy melodies that shall get you feeling happy.

The Jon and Kate drama never ends! According to attorney Mark Heller, Jon Gosselin has returned the money to his joint bank account with his soon to be ex-wife Kate. This means he will likely avoid facing contempt proceedings when they return to court.

As U2 gets ready to take the stage again this weekend at the Rose Bowl Sunday evening, they will have performed 42 shows in front of almost 3 million fans. They've broken attendance records and grossed nearly $300 million. What they haven't done, however, is make any money. The elaborate tour stage is sucking up all the profit.

The expense of hauling around their giant spider-like prong stage is so immense even after months of sold out shows, they aren't swimming in cash. The 170-ton, $40 million four-pronged stage is so enormous that it takes a full two days to dismantle.

After four months on the road, they are finally hitting the break even point. Just in time to dismantle the stage for the winter. Afterall, it is far too large for indoor venues.

When the band resumes their tour in the spring and hit the road, they'll still be burning through $750,000 a day in just overhead costs as three separate models of the biggest stage in rock history travel around the world. Each stage itself will be attended by a separate crew.

U2's extravagance comes amidst a troubled economic climate that shuns over-the-top, grandious affairs and at a time when the band's latest album, "No Line on the Horizon", is not doing as well as their past efforts.

Sam Jones III, an actor on the popular CW program "Smallville", is going to need a lot more than the help of Superman. He was arrested Wednesday morning in a federal drug string, and according to the Drug Enforcement Agency, he is accused of being a "co-conspirator" in several major drug deals last year.

According to court documents, Jones, who played Clark Kent's best friend on "Smallville", and several others devised a plan to purchase and distribute more than 10,000 oxycodone pills.

He was taken into custody by DEA agents who described him as the "Hollywood connection" to the scheme. He has been charged with conspiracy to possess illegal drugs with the intent to distribute, and if convicted faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
