Best Fitness Gyms in Cleveland Ohio – In And Around Downtown

Americans have been on a health kick for a while now.  More than ever, people are worried about their health and are making changes to their diets that include reducing their pork and red meat, going vegetarian and vegan and exercising more.  One of the most famous New Year’s resolutions is to work out more and the gyms around town are packed with people who are focused on losing weight.  As the year draws on, many of these people fall off, but many do in fact stay the course and are rewarded with a summer body to show off and have improved overall wellness that includes loss in weight and a reduction in blood pressure, cholesterol and increased physical fitness.

Cleveland has many gyms to choose from to assist you in your quest to get in shape.  Abby and I have recommitted to dropping the pounds and we each work out weekly.  In addition to daily walks, we each have gyms we go to and activities we partake in.  I take boxing and she does yoga.  Over the last few weeks we have checked out numerous gyms and was able to compile a list of the best gyms in the city.  Many gyms pride themselves on friendly and  knowledgeable staff, variety of courses and activities, the facilities and a low monthly fee.  These and other factors played in our selections. If we missed your gym, please email us and we will try to include it in our next edition.
