Shooters on the Water American Restaurant Review

A Cleveland classic if there ever was one. Shooters has been a part of the Cleveland food scene for over 30 years. It has managed to survive the ups and downs of The Flats neighborhood and has been as standing as strong as ever.

This is one of the places that every Clevelander needs to go to at least one (although you should really go all the time). It has great food, live music, amazing city and water views and a wonderfully kind staff.

While the high season is definitely the best to experience Shooters, it is still amazing during the colder months too. They have regular live shows in their huge venue that will make your whole evening out. They often have local artists and cover bands, so there is something for everyone.

The food is really amazing. Part of the appeal is the fact that they swap the menu out for different seasons. Currently, they have great offerings of sushi, salads, pasta, paninis, burgers, and more. The drink menu is stacked with all of your favorite cocktails, beers, wines, and even coffee alcoholic drinks.

They also offer great events year round. Currently they are having the 10th annual “Toys For Shots” drive, where you show up with a new, unwrapped toy for a kid in need and in return, you received a free beer and shot on Saturday December 16. Interested?

This is the perfect for a large party or even just a date night. The restaurant is huge, but you still get the great service of a small spot. The interior is so fun and interesting you will have tons to looks at while you are waiting for your delicious food. It resembles an old cruise ship that will give you all the boat vibes that will sail you away.

If you find yourself sitting at the massive bar, you will get to see the unique pink neon light that wraps around the bar that gives it a cool, modern feel. Step outside the bar, and you will instantly feel like you are looking out at the sea over the edge of the ship. Seriously, this place has nailed the nautical theme.

If you will be arriving with a large party, it is definitely a good idea to put in a reservation as in the high season, seats will fill up fast. If you plan to come in a smaller group, you will have a little more flexibility when it comes to getting a table.

Overall, this is a great spot for almost every occasion. After visiting, if you find yourself loving the place, you can rent it out for a private event! Shooters really has it all and is the perfect place for a night of fun with good people.

Visit the Flats West Bank location at 1148 Main Ave.Cleveland OH, 44113. Call the restaurant at (216) 861-6900 or visit the website here.
