Valentino’s Pizzeria Review – Little Italy, Cleveland Ohio
Valentino’s Pizza quaint little pizza joint that will be sure to solve all of your pizza cravings right away! This spot in Little Italy is the perfect getaway and will transport you to a home away from home. The wonderful food and prices will make you a regular in no time.
The menu is bit smaller than other places, but it has all the dishes that you need. It features classic dishes as well as unique ones so no matter how many times you find yourself at Valentino’s Pizza you’ll always have something new to try!
The menu has has sandwiches, salads, dinners, and of course pizza. Sandwiches come in both 6” and 12” sizes and can come in a large variety of kinds including the traditional meatball, salami, ham, tuna and more. Some of the other specialty sandwiches are the chicken Parmesan, Valentino cold cut and eggplant. The 6” sandwiches range between $6 and $6.25, while the footlongs are all $8.
The salads are just what you would expect. They offer five different ones to choose from including pasta salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, and the traditional dinner salad. Single servings of these run from $4.50 to $9. However, if you need a larger portion to feed your whole family, no need to worry! They offer a family-sized salad that serves 10-12 people for $22.
If you have a larger appetite, take a look at their dinner menu; it’s small, but mighty. The options are good and all cost under $10! Choices include Rigatoni for $8.80, Stuffed Shells for $9.80, Eggplant Parmesan for $9.80, Rigatoni Parmesan for $9.80 and Chicken Parmesan for $9.95.
While all of these are great options, it is the pizza that keeps people coming back again and again. Regulars love the White Pizza with Artichokes and the Valentino (Anchovies, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, kalamata olive, and hot peppers), in addition to the typical favorites like the Veggie and Tomatoes and Cheese. Pizzas come in two sizes, the 10” small ranges from $11 to $13 and the 14” large ranges from $14 to $18 depending on toppings.
Overall, this is a great place to stop in Little Italy. Whether you need a quick slice or a full meal, Valentino’s has what you need at an affordable price in a wonderful location. It’s definitely more of a pick up and go style place, but there is seating available. Most people get delivery and have raved about how quickly the turnaround time is for it. It’s also close the Case Western campus, making it a great place for the college students in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Valentino’s is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 3 pm to 11 pm and closed all day on Sunday and Monday.
